Being 'Couture' isn't limited to fashion, it's a statement of being collectively stylish in all areas of life. #BeeCouture!

McConaughey's Oscar Speech for Best Actor was exceptional and definitely 'Couture'.

McConaughey highlighted three things that he 'needs' each day:

1. Something to look up too

2. Something to look forward too

3. Someone to chase

McConaughey started by thanking God as something to look up too because of the grace He's placed on his life with opportunities and has shown him that it's a "scientific fact that gratitude reciprocates."

McConaughey's family is who and what he looks forward too: McConaughey thanked his father above for teaching him how to be a man and his mother for teaching and demanding McConaughey and his two older brothers to respect themselves which later taught them how to respect others. McConaughey also thanked his wife and children for being the four people in his life he wants to make the proudest.

McCounaughey lastly thanked his hero whom he chases. His hero was him in 10 years at the age of 15. At 25, he realized he wasn't even close to being a hero because it would be him at 35. Every day, week, month and year of his life his hero is always 10 years away. McConaughey knows he'll never obtain his hero and he's okay with that because it keeps him with someone to keep chasing.

I Am Bee salutes McConaughey on his win! Continue to Bee Couture.

"My Bob does all the thinking," says

#BeeCouture's latest treasure 'Little Black Bob.'

Lauren Grose wanted something exclusive and unique when it came to creating 'Little Black Bob.'

Although Grose is conservative, her blog is far from tradition combining the love of fashion, social media and her signature hairstyle.

"I honestly think it was long overdue," says Grose describing its conception.

Grose always wanted a great foundation when it came to her fashion blog. She created her own rendition of E! News' Fashion Police called 'Dear Bloom.' Beginning as a weekly column, Grose has expanded it to a bi-weekly online 'Fashion Police' television show.

"I'm always nervous before an interview, I think it's natural."

Interviewing has been Little Black Bob's best accessory and Grose plans ahead to make sure her interviews go as smooth as possible.

"I love strong independent black women who stand for more than just looks and sexual images."

Michelle Obama, Kerry Washington and Lupita Nyong'o are some women who inspires the Bobbin' fashionista.

Grose believes that she learns something new everyday personally and in her career. With lessons about herself, Grose says, "I'm learning it's okay to be nice because of the cut throat industry," as for her career, she says "Not to convert who I am because of how everyone else is."

"Journalism is a great field to get into because it's so versatile and you can sort of make it your own practice."

Little Black Bob has couture written all over it with personal style posts and diversity in news to the blog.

Support from major fashion affiliations like Style.com, IMG Modeling Agency and Marie Claire keeps Grose bobbin' in her own structured and sophisticated style to connect with readers.

"Couture is elegance. It's something that not everyone knows about and it's also something that not everyone understands and will be able to achieve. Anytime something is different it has that unique quality." -Sha Dixon

Couture stands out in Sha Dixon's life without a doubt. Being a woman with intergity, goals and not conforming to today's society is the reason why this Tips and Tea tv show host has come so far. Still in the process of defining herself, she believes everyday she is still building the Sha Dixon brand.

"I'm still in the process of defining Sha Dixion. I've been through so many different eras of my life so to speak, I'm still building."

Embarking on new things in her life, she is determined and knows nothing happens over night.

Nevertheless, before she focuses on any of her dreams she is first a mother. "My sole responsibility is to teach and set him up for success." Secondly, she's a journalist.

Though most believe 30 is the new 20, Sha believes her transition was different. At the age of 18, she went a hour away from her hometown in Nashville, Tennessee to attend college. Becoming pregnant at 19 and having her son at 20, she left college.

Leaving college didn't stop Sha from achieving her goals. At 25, Sha began writing treatments and producing TV shows, one of her own in fact Tips and Tea was filmed in Atlanta, Georgia (Pictured Above) and completed three seasons. Her talents led her to Los Angeles with Punch TV Network to produce. From there she dipped her hands into the radio world and later to her current job with Brooklyn Nine-Nine. "Time is a man made concept, and I don't think it's beneficial for anyone to view how I'm living on this earth and try to compare it to what they've accomplished. Everyone has a different journey."

As far as the future, this multitalented woman wants to continue to brand Tips and Tea. Her informative talk show interviews people who are in the entertainment industry, politicians and authors who Sha likes to call "movers and shakers." Like most things, Tips and Tea started small but Sha had big plans for it. Filming live in a small tv station, she quickly moved to film at a boutique in downtown Atlanta and later to Justin's a restaurant in Buckhead owned by P.Diddy. The support from Atlanta was felt and they believed in her show.

The concept of the show is a tea party. "Something that people are just now finding out is that 'tea' also means gossip. Through conversation I sit down and have tea with this person and pull the gossip out of them. Whether it's gossip I've already researched about them that I want them to talk about on record or gossip about someone who is affliated with them. That's what Tips and Tea is. In the beginning I wanted to produce Tips and Tea so I could interview models."

Sha wanted to give models a platform where they could promote what they were doing with no strings attached, essentially a way to empower women.

Sha exemplifies how a woman should conduct herself in the entertainment industry Beeing Couture. Her determination doesn't rest on selling herself short but believing in her dreams and investing in them with class and elegance. IAmBee looks forward to seeing what Sha Dixon does in the future. IAmBee salutes Sha Dixon! Continue to Bee Couture.

Powerful women not only lead by example, but they also encourage others how to live a classic and couture lifestyle.

Graduating from Eastern Michigan University, Brittni Brown made sure she was involved in campus life especially with certain organizations that would put on fashion shows for the university. From here she met an individual who wanted to start a fashion week at Eastern. Being the first university to hold an esteemed event, Eastern has made a name for itself by holding this full fledged week not being a fashion based university. "Somehow someway I fell into the promotion side of getting the word out there of what we were doing," said Brown.

Brown went to college to become a secondary education teacher, but once she found out what public relations was her voyage changed. She then changed her major to communication with a concentration in public relations.

In 2011, the ambitious mogul in the making decided to start her own public relations agency. “At that time I just wanted to focus on fashion public relations because that’s how I got started so I was really heavily into model management.”

The Bee Agency was created and has been buzzing since. With her position, Brown has to stay current and has help of doing this with her team. “I have an amazing team of not only The Bee Agency team, but I have friends and family members who always you know if it’s something they think I should know about or would be interested in they make that connection. I’m always on top of the news and if I’m not I have team members who are on it for me.”

Being couture has a way of pushing you to do more than you expected, being the ‘CEO’ of her establishment and having encouraging family and friends has urged her to complete a task if she says she wants to do it. “For some reason, every time I say I want to do something it’s always people who have my back. I’m grateful and I’m blessed for that, but I’m also the type of person if I don’t have anybody that has time or hands on help I can do it myself. That’s the type of person I am.”

Every rose has a thorn. It doesn’t matter how great or beautiful something is, there will always be something to prick you. With all the hard work Brown does for her clients, sometimes she has to be the bearer of bad news. “I have to my sure my clients are represented to fulfill their brand and their character at all times. I have to be the bearer of bad news to my clients if someone is making a replica of product, I have to be the person that calls them and tell them. Sometimes those are the thorns.” This doesn’t stop her from getting her clients where she knows they deserve to be because it’s always, “We have work to do. What are we going to do next,” she continued, “A rose is standing next to a client seeing a smile on their face or hearing them be excited or having friends and family calling you because they know that’s your client and they see something on the news about them.”

Public relations has brought out one of the best qualities in Brittni, she does it because she genuinely likes to help people. “I love helping people. I love helping people flourish, reaching their dreams and goals. I’m a giving person.”

Brittni applies all things couture in her life, whether it be a fashion statement or making the right decisions for her company and clients, IAmBee salutes The Bee Agency. Continue Bee Couture!
