I Am Bee

IAmBee: We all know you were on this season of LaLa's Full Court Life, so how was that experience for you? 

 

Justin: The experience was very overwhelming, it's like unreal. It happened so fast, I didn't even know it was gonna be a hit I guess. I was just supposed to be in three episodes and they put me in more, so I was just as shocked as everybody else was. 

 

IAmBee: What made you have the guts to speak to LaLa and Dice in the coffee shop that day? 

 

Justin: I went on my lunch break because I saw they were filming so I was like 'Oh hold on let me talk to her!' I thought they were joking when they said they were filimg I'm like 'Oh okay.' So that's basically it. 

 

IAmBee: It's really nice to see that you are the same on and off the camera. 

 

Justin: Thank you so much! [laughs]

 

IAmBee: How was that experience for you becuase I know you became her assistant? So what was the most important thing LaLa taught you? 

 

Justin: There was one thing that LaLa told it and she told me to stay humble at first she told me that. Now that I think about it she taught me a lot. She told me to be true to who I am and don't change myself for nobody, because good things will happen if you stay yourself. That was the most important thing she told me was just to be myself.

 

IAmBee: That is awesome. I know on the show you were always saying '#cledgy.' For those that don't know can you explain what that term means and how did it start? 

 

Justin: Well when you say 'hashtag' you know that means it's a catch phrase, it's on Twitter it's on social network. But, 'cledgy' is actually an adjective like 'fabulous.' Yes, it's just like me and it means someone style between classy and edgy. It's your style. Basically, 'cledgy' is like a new chic word like, "You look very cledgy today!" You can use it to describle something like, "Oh, that's real cute. That's cledgy."

 

IAmBee: If you had to answer this in one word, but it can't be "cledgy." Who is Justin?

 

Justin: [pauses]...FABULOUS! 

 

IAmBee: [laughs] That's perfect. This interview will be going on IAmBee's Inspiration Corner. I have this page on IAmBee because I wanted a page that not only talks about inspiration, but shows it as well. I felt like your situation was very inspiring because you could've let your fear sit in and not walk up to LaLa and Dice that day. From you having confidence, this has given you a huge opportunity. If you had to tell someone something inspiring what would it be? 

 

Justin: You may fall down, but you will always get back up and always surround yourself with positive energy. Live everyday to the fullest, tomorrow isn't promised. 

 

IAmBee: What can your #cledgy fans expect to see from Justin? 

 

Justin: Well, there's not going to be another LaLa's Full Court Life, this is the last season, but you can follow my Instagram because I have a lot of big things coming up but I don't want to say because if things do fall through I don't want to seem like a liar. Just know big things are coming and next year the bigger the better.
